The following optional add-on services are available subject to the cleaning schedule between stays: • Premium Early Check-In — $200: guaranteed 12:00 PM arrival (4 hours early). Request at booking or at least 48 hours before arrival. • Late Check-Out — $50: extends departure to 12:00 PM. Subject to next-day reservation timing. All other fees (cleaning, refundable damage deposit, applicable taxes) are reflected in the reservation total at booking. No additional mandatory fees are collected outside the platform.
