Things to know

A $300 authorized hold is required at check-in to cover incidental charges. Additional amenities are available during your stay. Dogs are allowed on a case-by-case basis with prior approval. A $150 pet fee applies. Children under 18 must always be supervised and may not be left unattended. All trash must be bagged before being disposed of in the dumpster. No smoking indoors. Evidence of indoor smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. Maximum of 4 vehicles allowed. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway. The use of federally banned substances is strictly prohibited. The host reserves the right to cancel the reservation if a verified complaint of a neighborhood disturbance is received. A $500 fine will be charged per valid report, as confirmed by security. Unauthorized parties are not allowed. A party-related cleanup fee of $800 will be imposed if an event is confirmed.
