Small family gatherings are ok but must be approved by the host to ensure compliance. If a Destructive party is reported your reservation will be canceled and a fee of $500 will be charge in additional to the deep cleaning fee. HOUSEKEEPING : No wet towels on hardwood floors. If deep cleaning is necessary, Guests will be deducted from the security deposit. Please clean countertops daily with soft sponge & dish soap to avoid staining. (Please avoid leaving coffee and oil on the countertop). Incidental Fee (security deposit) is required before checking : $300 is refundable as long as rules are followed.
